Your Angel Dear purchase is guaranteed to please.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, just follow the steps below within 30 days of receipt.

Please return items in new, unworn/unwashed condition. We regret that we cannot accept returns of personalized or sale items.

These terms do not apply to Sale Items.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, just follow the steps below:)
 
1- Returns- Within 14 days of receiving your package, please email support@angeldear.com or call 510-324-8822, and we will happily send you a complimentary return label.  There will be a $5.50 return fee for any order over 14 days. We will not accept items for a refund over 30 days.
 
We would like to inform you that we will not be able to accept any personalized or sale items as they are final sale. 
 
2- Exchanges- The items must be the same price as the original purchase and the purchaser will be responsible for returning the items for exchange.

All items must be returned or exchanged in the original packaging with the Angel Dear Hang Tag Attached. Any item not received in original condition will be rejected or a store credit issued. 
We process returns promptly and you should receive your exchange or refund within 14 days. Charges refunded to credit cards will appear on your statement within the next two billing cycles. Original shipping fees are not refundable

To return or exchange a GIFT purchased online at www.angeldear.com

Please follow the steps above and include the name and address of the person who placed the order with AngelDear.com, indicating on your packing slip or note that you received the item as a gift. We will be happy to make an exchange, but we cannot issue a refund except to the original purchaser.

To return or exchange Angel Dear items purchased from a local retailer

Please contact the retailer for further assistance. We cannot accept returns of any Angel Dear merchandise not purchased directly from AngelDear.com.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (4 to 6 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Order Status and Confirmation

An email confirmation is sent to you when the order is shipped. The email will include tracking information and instructions on how to track your order online. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 2 business days of your order please email support@angeldear.com and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.

Order Tracking

Our normal order processing days are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm (Please see Order Processing Holidays for exceptions). Orders are processed 1-3 days after they are placed. Once it ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive depending on your proximity to our warehouse in Union City California. Please be advised for International orders the process of shipping will be longer. (5-10 business days)

Expedited Shipping/Order Processing Days, Times

Orders are processed 1-3 days after they are placed, we do not offer same day shipping. No orders are processed on weekends, major holidays or company closures (listed below). If you place an expedited (Next Day, 2 Day or 3 Day) order please be aware that it will take 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. Once processed standard UPS and FedEx delivery commitments will apply. No orders will be delivered on weekends.
